Since 1986, Dennis Scala Company has specialized in high end custom home construction in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Dennis along with his wife Robin have succeeded in providing their clients with a truly personal and custom building experience. From the planning stage throughout construction and beyond completion, the highest quality is built into our home's to ensure the total building experience is positive and rewarding for many years to come.  

Working as a civil egineer for 10 years laid the foundation for Dennis to become a detailed and client oriented custom homebuilder. Combining a structural engineering background, years of on-the-job supervision, precise attention to all details and knowledge of the numerous building tasks, Dennis Scala Company is passionate about their construction and strives to consistently exceed the client’s expectations across the board.

As the inside project manager, Robin is the finance administator and serves as the direct communication liaison between client's and the field, keeping lines of communication open to advise options every step of the way from the design and selections process ensuring an informative and enjoyable experience. With this homeowner centered approach the results are long term customer satisfaction, a testament to our commitment of providing the customer service and quality for years of enjoyment.

Piper Glen, Glynmoor Lakes, Stonecroft, Quail Hollow, Lake Norman, HighGate, Hadley Park and Kensington at Ballantyne, Eastover and Myers Park.  

Dennis Scala Company holds an unlimited residential and commercial building license.  
In addition, Robin Scala is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
